Contact Us FAQ

The Board of Trustees contact information can be found on the Board of Trustees webpage.

Library cards expire every three years. To reinstate your card, please bring photo ID and proof of address to your nearest Library location.

To renew the account online, log into “My Account.” You should see “Renew” in the right sidebar if your expiration date is within 28 days. It should be on the top above the lists of checkouts, holds, and fines.

To reset your PIN, visit ppld.org, go to the “My Account” link along the top tabs. At the login screen, select the “Forgot My PIN” link to reset. This feature only works if there is a valid email address in your PPLD account. As an alternative, you can call any Library location and staff will email your PIN to the email address we have on file. If you no longer have access to that email address, visit any Library location with your library card or a photo ID.

If you visit our eLibrary troubleshooting guide, you will find FAQs for our different services (OverDrive, Libby, etc.). If the FAQ cannot help you resolve the issue, you can place a help ticket with them directly using the provided links in the eLibrary troubleshooting guide.

If you are not receiving email notifications and we have the correct email address on file, notifications are most likely going to your spam folder. You can add the following emails to your “safe senders” list in your email program:

  • DoNotReply@ppld.org
  • sirsi@pikp.sirsi.net

NOTE: This is usually accomplished by going to junk mail/spam settings or general settings and identifying these addresses as “safe” or “not spam.” Or, you can add both addresses to your contacts list.

We love hearing how the Library has helped members of our community. Your stories will be used to understand what services are impactful, to advocate for PPLD through presentations and social media posts, and to learn more about how the Library can serve you better.
